  • All sales are final. At this time, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Please review the item details, sizing information, and photos carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a piece before ordering, we’re happy to help.

  • Shipping costs and taxes are calculated and added at checkout based on your order and shipping destination. You’ll be able to review the shipping cost before completing your purchase.

  • No. At this time I am not taking custom orders. However, availability for custom orders may open in 2027.

  • Yes! Inspiration photos are welcome and can help communicate the style or overall look you ‘re invisioning. Please note that Small Stiches Co. creates original handmade work, so the finished piece may not be an exact relipca of an inspiration image.

Care Instructions

To keep your handmade crochet hat looking its best:

  • Hand wash recommended in cool or lukewarm water with a mild detergent.

  • If machine washing is necessary, place the hat in a mesh laundry bag and use the gentle/delicate cycle with cold water.

  • Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.

  • Gently press out excess water—do not wring or twist the item.

  • Lay flat to dry on a clean towel, reshaping the hat while damp. Avoid hanging, as this may stretch the fibers.

  • Do not tumble dry unless the yarn label specifically states it is dryer-safe. Air drying is the safest option.

  • For wearables (i.e. cardigans, tops, dresses) fold for storage rather than hanging for long periods to help maintain the garment's shape

  • If needed, use a cool iron with a pressing cloth or steam lightly without pressing directly onto the yarn.

  • Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to help preserve the color and shape.

Fiber Content: Primarily acrylic yarn. Follow any additional care recommendations for specialty fibers if your item includes other materials.
